The audit identified collection page navigation, product imagery presentation, and mobile checkout friction as the three highest-impact areas. Every fix was prioritised by revenue impact.

The new theme was built around Evie Lou's aesthetic. Editorial collection pages with lookbook-style photography, a sticky size guide, and product pages structured to carry the full brand story alongside the purchase decision. No compromises, no template constraints.

Mobile-First Checkout Overhaul
With 72% of traffic on mobile, checkout was rebuilt from the ground up. Persistent mini-cart, one-tap express checkout, and a simplified address flow cut mobile form-field abandonment by 44%. Every change was validated against mobile session data before going live.

Klaviyo Retention Program
We rebuilt the full email architecture: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandon, and a post-purchase sequence engineered to drive the second purchase within 30 days. The retention program lifted repeat purchase rate from 19% to 38%, turning one-time buyers into a loyal returning base.
